2008 – Siemens Enterprise Communications
The newly formed company is launched on October 1st, 2008 and is owned by a joint venture of The Gores Group (51%) and Siemens AG (49%), which also encompasses Enterasys Networks

2010 – OpenScape UC Server 2010 wins “Best in Show” award at VoiceCon Orlando
