How can I be assured that I will get an improved quality of service over my current supplier?
Peach Telecom is there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, so should you experience any problems simply call our fault reporting line on 0845 688 8776. All your fixed lines are connected through the BT Core Network which is monitored and maintained around the clock. This enables Peach to notify you of any unusual activity on your account and investigate for you.
I suspect that my phone line is being abused, how can I investigate?
To help you quickly identify whether your phone lines are being misused, we offer free web-based administration of all your services, allowing you to access your account quickly and easily. You will be able to see all numbers dialled, where they originated from and the duration of each call.
In addition, Peach offers and operates an enhanced suite of toll fraud detection and prevention measures that will enable you to further minimise the risk of exposure to misuse of your telephony services.
Who can I contact if I have a problem with my line?

Will I still be able to have all the extra features that BT offer – like caller ID and call divert?
Calling features such as call barring, caller ID and call divert are available on all of your lines. If you already have any of these features, Peach will simply transfer them as part of your exchange line package.
Does Peach offer any additional support or maintenance?
Between the hours of 09.00 – 17.30, Peach will provide customers with any support and maintenance at no additional charge. Our Peach Assure offers customers 24/7 fault reporting, emergency call divert and access to a team of experts around the clock for a minimal monthly fee. What costs are involved in transferring to Peach?
None, there are no registration, joining or account set up fees applicable in switching to Peach.
Will the features such as ‘Caller ID’ and ‘Caller Divert’ still work once I have switched to Peach Telecom?
Yes, any features that you may have on your lines will continue to work as normal. Peach Telecom will simply transfer them as part of your package.
