Will there be any interruptions to my telephones or service at any point during the switchover?

No, the switchover is a completely seamless transition. This will allow you to continue with your normal working day without disruption.

Will there be any interruptions to my broadband or service at any point during the switchover?

You should experience little or no downtime during the switchover. We will keep you up to date with the progress of the transfer and let you know when you're going to be offline. In most cases this will be no more than an hour or so.

None, there are no joining, registration or hidden fees when switching your services to Peach.

How do I move my services to Peach Telecom?

One of our representatives will visit you to compile an accurate cost comparison that is tailor made to you, in order to make sure that switching to Peach is right for you. If it is, and provided you are able to sign the application form, you can be up and running with Peach Telecom within 10-14 working days. We will inform your current supplier that we will be providing your telephony in the future so you don’t have to.
