Will there be any interruption to my telephone service during the change over?

No, we ensure a seamless transition from your existing supplier enabling you to continue business without any disruption to your working day.

How does it all work?

Peach Telecom is a BT Wholesale Communications Provider and an Opal Telecom partner. This means that our customers can benefit from the supply of call minutes, exchange lines and packages at significantly reduced wholesale rates and without compromising the quality of calls.

How can you offer better prices than everyone else, including BT?

Ofcom, the telephony services watchdog, ensures that all communication providers such as Peach and BT Retail purchase their call minutes and wholesale line rentals at agreed and consistent wholesale rates. Peach has simply decided to pass on those wholesale rates with a reduced RRP/SRP to enable you to realise the best value for money in the marketplace.

Can I still use the phones I already have and will I need to change my phone number?

You will retain both your existing telephone numbers and systems, making it both convenient and easy to switch to Peach Telecom.

How can I be assured that you deliver on your promises?

Peach is dedicated to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with the service we provide. We have an Ofcom-approved sales and marketing code of conduct along with a comprehensive complaints handling procedure to ensure that any issues you do have are dealt with efficiently and appropriately. If you feel that your issue has not been resolved satisfactorily, Peach is also a member of the independent dispute resolution service OTELO (Office of the Telecommunications Ombudsman) who investigate any customer service issues fairly and independently (http://www.otelo.org.uk).
