We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Customer services administrator to join our team in Southampton. Candidates must have a solid background in administration and customer service, good analytical and decision-making skills, a flexible approach and excellent communication skills coupled a with willingness to embrace change. You will be able to investigate problems, provide feedback, and liaise with colleagues and senior managers. Attention to detail is very important to ensure that customers are dealt with fully and satisfactorily.

Telecoms Sales Executive

Peach Telecom currently has an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join our rapidly growing and successful team in Leyland, Lancashire. Candidates must have a solid background in Sales, along with excellent communication skills and being able to work within a team environment. You will have sufficient presence and authority to deal at a senior level and will be highly self-motivated. You will be working in a team selling Peach products with meetings booked by our experienced telemarketing team, based in our Head Office in Southampton

Our outbound telemarketing team are required to book 30 qualified appointments a month for the Sales Team. Peach Telecom pride themselves on offering full support and coaching to ensure our telemarketers are performing to the best of their ability and therefore being hugely rewarded.

Peach Telecom offer a competitive basic salary along with an achiveable and substantial bonus structure.
 

If successful you will be required to call from provided data and introduce the benefits of Peach Telecom along with checking required criteria is met resulting in a quality appointment for the Sales Force.

Field Based Telecoms Engineer

£20,000 to £25,000 + Car Allowance & Mobile

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Field Based Telecoms Engineer to join our team in the South of England. The Candidate must be experienced in telephone system installations, fault finding and data cabling. Experience with NEC SV8100 telephone systems and IP solutions would also be an advantage. Salary is commensurate with experience.
