Excellent Performance
The NEC EMEA Partner Conference was held in Spain on the 29th and 20th September 2011, in the majestic setting of Hotel Las Arenas. The event brought together NEC’s major distributors and key business partners from over 40 countries across EMEA.
As the awards ceremony got underway, there was no doubt that the UK attendees stood out from the crowd. The UK’s success with Peach Telecom claiming an award for all-round excellent performance. “Peach have gone from strength to strength in the past year; this award is well deserved” said Andrew Cooper, Sales Director of NEC. Having received recognition as the fastest growing reseller in the conference twelve months previously, Peach Telecom were delighted to win an award yet again.
Lex de Gier, Vice President Marketing & Sales at NEC Unified Solutions, expressed his appreciation for the strong commitment that NEC’s UK reseller had shown. “It is immensely inspiring to experience the enthusiasm of our business partner for our brand, our portfolio and our way of working. The award we presented is recognition of our mutual commitment and business success” said de Gier.
Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 list
We’re over the moon to been named as one of the top private technology firms in the UK.
We’ve been listed at number nine in The Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 league table, which ranks Britain's 100 private technology companies with the fastest-growing sales over the latest three years.
As well as featuring in the top 10 and being the highest ranked in the south east, the table also ranks us ahead of companies such as Gocompare.com, online car trader, We Buy Any Car, and popular music recognition service provider, Shazam.

Now in their 11th year, the Comms National Awards were the first to recognise excellence in the UK convergence channel, and remain the most coveted industry awards.

Reseller awards will recognise excellence in the delivery of solutions, service and support to end user customers, taking into consideration the reseller's ability to deliver real benefits to the user organisation, and to meet customer objectives in terms of improved efficiency, ROI and investment protection, and cost reduction. Companies that demonstrate innovation in developing and bringing-to-market new concepts and solutions will also be candidates for these awards.

Not only did we win the Comms Business 2011 Reseller of the Year Award in our category but we also beat off stiff competition to win the highest accolade of them all - the Comms Business 2011 Overall Reseller of the Year award.
FCS Awards – Reseller of the Year
The Inaugural FCS Reseller of the Year Award looks to acknowledge the contribution made to competition by resellers through providing them with the opportunity to demonstrate how they have carved a niche for themselves in this competitive space and the innovation and service levels they have employed in doing so.
South Coast Business Awards – Best Use of Technology
This award will be presented to an outstanding local business that can demonstrate effective use of technology that has created a considerable competitive or operational improvement, such as improved quality, customer satisfaction and revenue. The judges will be looking for: Use of technology that stands out from its competitors and exceeding the expectations of clients. Embracing new technology to improve efficiency, levels of service and the quality of the end product.
South Coast Business Awards – Growth Business of the Year Award
This award goes to the business, which in its view, has managed to show supportable and consistent growth in the current difficult economic climate. In 2010 most companies concentrated on preserving the status quo or monitoring their cost base. Conversely some businesses have flourished in the tough trading conditions and we are looking for those entities that have demonstrated successful growth at either the cash flow or earnings level over the last two years and expect that growth to continue. We also welcome organisations that have secured investment to fund expansion.
